One on one coaching

The privilege of working one-to-one allows for real change to happen over a relatively short period of time.

The solutions we'll find will not only suit you, they’ll come from you. You’ll discover resources, new ideas and the ability to hold onto your resolve in a way you may not have experienced before. 

I offer face-to-face coaching in and around the London area, and telephone coaching wherever you are.

Sessions can be taken in any combination, from a single session to regular meetings. Most often my clients invest in a series of six sessions - usually taken on a fortnightly basis. This means we'll work together for a period of roughly three months.

You’ll be astounded by how much can change in your life in three months when you’re focused on taking continual, progressive action towards getting what you really desire in life.

Coaching packages

Coaching packages are available  in sets of three, six and nine.

Three sessions

In three sessions we'll typically tackle a single issue or dilemma in your life, in depth. Clients may work with me to redevelop one aspect of themselves, such as changing an unwanted behaviour or exploring a new option. Or it may be to prepare for a special event such as dealing with a difficult relationship or making a change in their living or working environment.

Coaching over three sessions means we'll typically work together over a six week period - this works well when exploring or tackling a single issue in depth.

Six sessions

Six sessions is the most popular package with my clients, as it means we'll work together over a three-month period. My clients have fed back that working together over this period allows them to make significant changes in their lives at a pace which is comfortable and exciting. With six sessions we're able to work through big and lasting changes. With my recent clients this has included a complete life review, turning a personal passion into a business, going back into the workforce after a break, changing life direction and buildling new relationships.

Nine sessions

Working together for nine sessions gives us time to work on a number of different areas in your life where you'd like to make changes. It also gives you the option of plenty of follow-up sessions, allowing you to ensure you're fully motivated and can check back into the process if you come across any further obstacles.

Single sessions and additional sessions can also be arranged.

Stress Busting for a sensational life

This half-day workshop gives you a number of quick and simple tools to ‘regain control’ and de-stress yourself in an instant.

From simple breathing exercises, to effective techniques for taking a quick ‘emotional pause', after this workshop you’ll be able to change how you feel instantly, and have a greater choice over how you react to stressful situations.

Responding to stress in a more measured and calm way helps you to live a happier, healthier life.

The workshop looks at how stress impacts on our lives. It shows you how to notice the warning signs and respond quickly and positively by choosing how you'd like to react (no matter how fixed you think your habitual behaviour is!).

The seemingly counter-intuitive truth is that it’s often by slowing down that we can get more done – as we tend to make better decisions when we’re more in tune with our real and natural instincts.

At the end of this workshop you’ll come away with an invaluable set of tools that could make the difference between feeling you’re constantly running behind – to knowing you’re making the best choices for you and the people around you.

Confidence boosters

This full-day workshop shows you how to find the confidence to do the things you’ve always wanted to do. You might want to improve a regular activity such as introducing yourself with presence, or find the confidence to fulfil a one-off, life-changing ambition.

Throughout the day we’ll discover what it takes to be confident in any given situation, from changing how you feel in any moment, to ensuring you've prepared yourself in a way that gives you a sense of relaxed alertness.

You’ll come away with a better understanding of what skills you already have, and how to identify and acquire anything you might be missing. Confidence, after all, is closely related to competence.

The workshop will give you a new understanding of what’s possible in your own life now you can get rid of the old fears and worries that once held you back.

At the end of the day you’ll walk away with a series of tools and techniques that will help you maintain your new sense of confidence. You’ll be able to change how you feel in a moment and tackle future challenges with a new sense of anticipation and excitement.
